Brownie Waffles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

  • 3 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

  • 1/2 c. sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1 c. milk


Let's Get Started!

  1. In a medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate then add mixture to a large bowl and stir until smooth.

  2. Add in sugar and mix well.

  3. Add the eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt.

  4. Whisk in milk and mix until smooth.

  5. Pour batter into a preheated and greased waffle iron and cook until crispy (about 4 minutes but cooking times will vary)* Amount depends on the size of your waffle iron.

  6. Serve with ice cream and your favorite toppings.
