Pork Chops with Apples Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 lbs. bone in pork chops

  • 2 T. canola oil

  • 2 medium apples, sliced

  • ½ small onion, sliced

  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of nutmeg

  • 1 ½ tsp. flour

  • 1 cup chicken stock


Let's Get Started!

  1. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
