Ingredients:
Salt and pepper
2 lbs. bone in pork chops
2 T. canola oil
2 medium apples, sliced
½ small onion, sliced
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 ½ tsp. flour
1 cup chicken stock
