Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of purple cabbage (or ½ head of cabbage, sliced)

  • 4 carrots, shredded

  • 2 limes, juiced

  • ¼ c. apple cider vinegar

  • 1 T.  honey

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • 4 T. parsley, chopped
